With over 25 years of distinguished management experience, Johan Wentzel has provided invaluable guidance across various industries. He currently serves as a partner at Sentica, a prominent Finnish private equity firm, as well as on the board of several companies. He has previously held significant roles, including Chairman of the Board at Citec Group. Johan’s robust skill set spans Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Restructuring, allowing him to contribute valuable insights in driving our journey toward becoming a premier company in design and detail engineering. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Hanken School of Economics and is passionate about supporting companies in their ambitions to evolve, grow, and prosper. Reflecting on his career, Johan notes the invaluable experiences gained from both his early days as an investment banker as well as having had the opportunity to work closely with a large number of management teams and entrepreneurs over the years. As an avid sailor, Johan enjoys spending time at sea.
